Blind Exemption Requirements


	CL37 – BLIND EXEMPTION Exemption amount is $500.00 yearly REQUIREMENTS: The only requirement is that they must be registered with the Massachusetts Commission of Blind. They have to provide a certificate every year to support this. They must also be declared legally blind by July 1^st of the year that they apply. There is no age, income or assets requirement, other than they have to be a legal homeowner.
