Mission

To guide the citizens, businesses and corporations through the zoning and building permit application process. This process is comprised of the Town of Wilmington Zoning Bylaws and the Massachusetts State Building Code, and is designed to lessen congestion and enhance public safety for the inhabitants of the Town of Wilmington

Before any permit can be issued, the Treasurer's Office must certify that all taxes are current per MGL c40 s57
