Marriage Licenses


	Massachusetts marriage license intention needs to be filled out by both parties. There is a 3-day waiting period in Massachusetts. The cost of the marriage license is $25.00. The only identification that you need to bring is your driver's license or some other form of identification. The marriage license is good for only 60 days.
