AEROBICS                                                (Patti Fitzgerald – Woburn St. School Gym)
$60, 8 Weeks, Mondays & Wednesdays, March 28 – May 25 (No 4/18 or 4/20), 7 – 8 p.m.
Shape up with exercises and innovative methods in this low impact course consisting of aerobics,
strengthening and conditioning.


WATER AEROBICS                                  (Patti Fitzgerald – Shawsheen Technical School Pool)
$72, 6 Weeks, Tuesdays & Thursdays, April 12 – May 26 (no 4/19 or 4/21), 5 – 6 p.m.
Join this fun fitness class that provides a workout using the natural resistance of water.
Floats and weights available during class.


ADULT OPEN GYM                                  (Woburn St. School Gym)
Ages 18 and up, $5 per night, 5 Weeks, Wednesdays, March 2 – March 30, 8 – 9:30 p.m.
Drop in for informal pick-up games!   Extended until April 13!


TENNIS LESSONS                                  (Kathleen Reynolds – Shawsheen Tennis Courts)
$45, 6 Weeks, Wednesdays, April 27 – June 1, 6:30 – 8 p.m.
Bring your racquet and an unopened can of tennis balls.  All levels and abilities are welcome!


WOMEN’S 5K TRAINING PROGRAM             (Jennifer Pietropaolo & Dawn Lovejoy)           
$110, 10 Weeks, Tuesdays, March 1 – May 17, no 3/8 or 4/19, 9:15 – 10:15 a.m.

Prepare for an upcoming 5K race.  Program includes weekly guest speakers, coached workouts,
training plans, team shirt and race registration fee.  Beginners can prepare for their first race
while experienced runners can improve their performance.


*35+ BASKETBALL                                 (Bill Campbell – Middle School)
$50, 8 Weeks, 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30 p.m. games. Wednesdays, April 6 – June 1, no 4/20.
This league offers those ages 35 and over structured team play with refereed games for fun and fitness.
$20 shirt fee for new players or for a replacement jersey.


ZUMBA                                           (Jennifer Tortolano, CPT – Live Life Fitness, 66F Concord Street)
$55, 6 Weeks, Tuesdays, April 12 – May 17, 7 – 8 p.m.  This new exercise craze fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic workout.  Rhythms and resistance training sculpt your body while burning fat and calories.
LITE: $55, 6 – 7 p.m.  Still Zumba – but a slower pace!


BALLROOM AND LATIN DANCE LESSONS                (Christine Glaeser – Town Hall Auditorium)
$45, 8 Weeks, Fridays, March 11 – May 6 (no 4/22), 7 – 8 p.m.  
Learn the basics of ballroom dance, including the waltz and fox trot and swing, with introductory Latin dance steps.  


NATIONAL SAFETY COUNCIL CLASSES         (Gunther Wellenstein, S.A.F.E. – Town Hall)
Adult/Child/Infant CPR - $45, Wednesday, May 11, 6 – 10 p.m.
An introduction to EMS, choking and cardiac emergencies.
Adult/Child/Infant First Aid - $45, Wednesday, May 18, 6 – 10 p.m.
Train for sudden illness, injury, disease transmission, etc.
Take both CPR and First Aid classes, and save $5 per class.
Certificate will be received upon completion of class.


GOLF CLINICS                                    (Barrie Bruce – Billerica Country Club)
Session 1:  Ball Striking Skills, $150, 5 Weeks.  Golf clubs are provided if needed. Choose from:
