MANDATORY OUTDOOR WATER USE RESTRICTIONS
- No Outdoor Watering between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Sprinkler Systems: Both above ground and installed underground sprinklers may only be used once per week, subject to the above restrictions.
Per the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, the Town will be required to ban sprinklers entirely if this policy is not followed.
Other outside water use is restricted to HAND HELD HOSES ONLY.
VIOLATION OF THE WATER USE RESTRICTIONS WILL RESULT IN A MINIMUM $50.00 PER DAY FINE
Also, please be aware that the Water Department could institute a full outdoor watering ban in the future. Please watch for future notices on WCTV and your local newspaper.
