Water Service Request

The Water and Sewer Department accepts service requests by email, phone or via the form below.

To request a service by email, please send your name, address, phone number and description of request.

To request a service by phone, please call: 978-658-4711

Hours of operation: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

To report an after hours emergency, please contact the Wilmington Police at 978-658-3331
