Yard Waste


	YARDWASTE PICK-UP: Mark your calendars! Yardwaste will be picked up curbside this spring during the following weeks. Please place grass clippings, leaves, and other easily raked material in paper yardwaste bags or barrels clearly marked "yardwaste" by 6:30am on your regularly scheduled garbage pickup day during these weeks. Brush will not be collected. Weeks of April 11th, April 25^th, and May 9^th (Note these are not consecutive weeks!) YARDWASTE DROP-OFF: The yardwaste center on Old Main Street will be open on Wednesdays and Saturdays during selected dates for the drop-off of leaves and brush. Residents will need to purchase a punch-card for $15 in order to enter the yardwaste center. Punch-cards will be available for purchase through the Collector's Office at Town Hall and will allow up to 5 vehicle trips to the yardwaste center per card. NO GRASS CLIPPINGS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Commercial vehicles will not be allowed. Make sure to bring photo identification to show you are a Wilmington Resident. Spring dates are as follows: April 6, 2011 (Wed - 8am to 2pm); April 9, 2011 (Sat - 9am to 4pm) April 13, 2011 (Wed - 8am to 2pm); April 16, 2011 (Sat - 9am to 4pm) April 20, 2011 (Wed - 8am to 2pm); April 23, 2011 (Sat - 9am to 4pm) April 27, 2011 (Wed - 8am to 2pm); April 30, 2011 (Sat - 9am to 4pm) May 4, 2011 (Wed - 8am to 2pm); May 7, 2011 (Sat - 9am to 4pm) May 11, 2011 (Wed - 8am to 2pm); May 14, 2011 (Sat - 9am to 4pm)
